Ingredients
- 150gsticky rice
- 1egg
- 100gparmesan
- 3tablespoon of flour
- 2tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander
- 100g of breadcrumbs
- 1Voatsiperifery Pepper
- 1tablespoon of Garam masala
Preparation tips
Cook the sticky rice. Mix the egg yolk, parmesan, voatsiperifery, and flour with the rice.
Add the chopped coriander to the rice and form small balls (2-3cm in diameter).
Beat the egg white. Mix the breadcrumbs with the garam masala. Garam Masala
